The Company offers the following benefits to all full-time employees:

  • Direct Deposit: Direct deposit of bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
  • Vacation: Paid vacation, from one (1) to four (4) weeks commensurate with years of employment.
  • Holidays: Eight (8) paid holidays and two (2) personal days during the year.
  • Disability Insurance: Short-Term Disability Insurance coverage - 100% employer paid.
  • Life Insurance Employee Life Insurance coverage with a $10,000 death benefit - 100% employer paid.
  • 401k Plan: Features a 50% employer match up to 6% total payroll deferral. Funds from previous approved plans can be rolled into the company 401k plan immediately. Eligibility in the program begins at the first open enrollment period [quarterly] immediately following 6 months of employment with Keystone.
  • Medical Insurance: A PPO medical plan from United Healthcare with 80% employer co-pay for single employee health insurance premium and a 50% employer co-pay toward all other coverage premiums.
  • HRA: We also offer a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to offset employee paid deductible. Currently Keystone pays the first $1000 of the single coverage and $2000 on all other employee plus dependent coverage deductible.
  • Flexible Spending Account: A Flexible Spending Account for Medical expenses and Dependent Care expenses.
  • Supplemental Insurances Programs: Voluntary Supplemental Insurances (portable) - Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Accident, Cancer, Critical Care, Medical Bridge.
  • Section 125 Plan: A Section 125 Cafeteria Plan: Medical/Dental, Flexible Spending Accounts, voluntary supplemental insurances are available with the cost for these plans paid with pre-tax dollars.
  • EAP Program: Employee Assistance Program.
  • Training: Comprehensive employee training programs.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Education reimbursement plan for eligible employees.

The following benefits are offered to certain positions within the company.

  • Car Allowance: Monthly reimbursement for use of personal vehicle for company business.
  • Company Vehicle: Company-supplied vehicle with company-paid maintenance, insurance, and gas credit card.
  • Cell Phone: Company-supplied cell phone.
  • Uniforms: Annual uniform allowance.
